This dumbwaiter installation proposal covers one commercial enclosed wheelchair lift located at Sawgrass Cabana Club located at 619 Ponte Vedra Blvd. in Ponte Vedra, FL 32082 with a 750 lbs. capacity. All work will be performed to the requirements of the National Safety Code for platform lifts, National Electrical Code, and the American with Disabilities Act as adopted by the State of Florida.
