The parties acknowledge that the Collaborative Initiative for French and North American Libraries/Initiative de collaboration entre les bibliothèques françaises et nord-américaines ("CIFNAL/ICBFN") is a project of the Global Resources Network ("GRN") under the direction of CRL. The parties further acknowledge that CIFNAL/ICBFN is an unincorporated association, with CRL acting in the capacity of fiscal and legal agent.

The parties further acknowledge that GNARP/DNABG is an unincorporated association, with CRL acting in the capacity of fiscal and legal agent.
