This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) describes important rights and obligations governing your use of the computer software purchased from Instron, a division of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (“Instron”), or under the Instron name and related documentation (the “Software”), which you should read carefully. By accessing or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of another person or company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person, company or legal entity to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Software.
