Use: This Lease Agreement – MnSCU as Tenant without Leasehold Improvements template is for use when a MnSCU College/University/system office is a Lessee (referred to as the “Tenant” in the following Lease), and is leasing space in a building owned by an individual or entity separate from the College or University, for a term of one (1) year or longer. A Facilities Use Agreement should be used for use of space for a period of less than one (1) year. Use this template if there are NO Leasehold Improvements to be made to the Leased Premises.
