Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Cisco Systems, Inc. and the Instructor Training Center entering into this Agreement (“ITC”), supersedes any other agreement by and between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, and governs the ITC’s participation in the Cisco Networking Academy program (the “Program”). By accepting this Agreement, your ITC will become an important NetAcad partner and be able to provide instructor training to other Cisco Networking Academy instructors.
