This Insurance Contribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of February 5, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Cain Watters & Associates, P.L.L.C., a Texas professional limited liability company (“CWA”), and Tectonic Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Company”).
