Insurance products, annuities and funding agreements are issued by Voya Retirement Insurance and Annuity Company (“VRIAC”), One Orange Way, Windsor, CT 06095. Plan administrative services are provided by VRIAC or Voya Institutional Plan Services, LLC. Securities are distributed by or offered through Voya Financial Partners, LLC (member SIPC) or other broker-dealers with which it has a selling agreement. Annuities are also issued by ReliaStar Life Insurance Company of New York (“RLNY”), 1000 Woodbury Road, Woodbury, NY 11797.
