The Insurer, in consideration of the payment to the premium, in reliance upon the statements in the Declarations made a part of this policy and subject to all the terms and conditions of this policy and the riders and endorsements attached, agrees with the Named Insured as specified in the Insuring Agreements of the riders and endorsements attached hereto.
