INTABEX TERM LOAN CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of February 6, 2023 (this “Agreement”), among PYXUS HOLDINGS, INC., a Virginia corporation, as borrower (the “Borrower”), PYXUS INTERNATIONAL, INC.
