This Integrated Facilities Management Services Agreement (this “Agreement” as such term is defined in Article 33), is made and entered into as of February 4, 2009 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Amgen Inc., a Delaware corporation having a place of business at One Amgen Center Drive, Thousand Oaks, California 91320 (“Company”), and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., a Maryland corporation having a place of business at 200 E.
