THIS INTEGRATION BONUS AND ENHANCED SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among AmCOMP Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”),Employers Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Parent”) and Debra Cerre-Ruedisili (the “Executive”), effective as of the date of execution of the Merger Agreement (as defined below) (the “Effective Date”).
