THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE AND DATA ACCESS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of June 27, 2013, by and between The Advisory Board Company, a Delaware corporation (“ABCO”), and Evolent Health, Inc.
