This Intelligent eBanking Service Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms and conditions governing your use of Bank of Central Florida Intelligent eBanking, the Bill Payment service, and other services offered by Bank of Central Florida (collectively “Intelligent eBanking,” “eBanking,” “Bill Pay,” or “Service(s)”) through Intelligent eBanking. Please read this Agreement prior to using the Services. By using Intelligent eBanking, you acknowledge your receipt and understanding of this Agreement and agree to the terms and conditions contained within the Agreement. We recommend that you maintain a copy for your records.
