The purpose of this Inter-Agency Cooperation Agreement by and between the County of San Bernardino and the City of San Bernardino for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is to regulate the allocation of funds and administrative functions to be performed by County of San Bernardino (hereinafter called “COUNTY”) on behalf of the CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO (hereinafter called “CITY”) relative to CITY’s participation in the COOPERATION AGREEMENT FOR HOME CONSORTIUM for Federal Fiscal Years 2015-2017
