This Inter-municipal Service Agreement made this 1st day of December 2021, establishes terms for the planning, design, delivery, and accountability for an integrated employment services system, between the Corporation of the County of Bruce ("Bruce"), the Corporation of the County of Grey (“Grey”), the Corporation of the County of Huron (“Huron”), and the Corporation of the City of Stratford ("Stratford"), which are collectively referred to as the “Consortium”.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Transfer Agreement, the City is responsible for court administration for proceedings commenced under Parts I, II and III of the Act; and the prosecution of proceedings commenced under Part I and Part II of the Act, subject to exceptions as set out in the Transfer Agreement, for the Court Service Area (as defined in the Transfer Agreement), which includes the geographic areas of the City and the County;

WHEREAS on March 15, 1999 the former Town of Powassan and the Town of Trout Creek and the Township of Himsworth South, now part of the amalgamated Corporation of the Municipality of Powassan entered into an Inter-Municipal Service Agreement made in support of a Memorandum of Understanding for the transfer of service delivery for all administrations and court support functions under Provincial Offences Act and prosecutions of matters commenced under Parts I and III of the Act; and
