This Clearing Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Introducing Broker (“Introducing Broker”) and Interactive Brokers Ireland Limited ("IBIE") (collectively the “Parties” and each a “Party”). IBIE is a limited company that is duly organised and existing under the laws of Ireland, with a registered office at 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 D02 T380. IBIE is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (“CBI”). IBIE is included in the CBI’s register of regulated financial service providers under number 4602839.
