THIS INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into as of , by and between Northwest Natural Gas Company ("NW Natural," “NWN,” or “the Company”) with offices located at 220 NW Second Avenue, Portland, OR 97209 and EQUILON Enterprises LLC d/b/a/ Shell Oil Products US (“Producer”) with offices located at 8505 S. Texas Rd, Anacortes, WA (collectively referred to as “Parties” or individually as “Party”) regarding NW Natural’s installation of a receipt point into NW Natural’s distribution facilities as more fully described herein (the “Receipt Point Facilities”) to allow for NW Natural to receive biomethane (“Biomethane”) from Producer’s facilities to be located at (hereafter, the “Plant”).
