This Agreement is entered into by and between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and Allo Communications, LLC (“CLEC”), a Nebraska limited liability corporation, effective as of the Effective Date, defined below. Qwest and CLEC shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
