Interconnection and Net Energy Metering Agreement • March 3rd, 2016

This “Interconnection and Net Energy Metering Agreement for Large Commercial Customers Interconnecting a Solar, Wind or Hybrid of Both Generating Facility having a capacity of 30 KW but not more than 1,000 KW (“Agreement”), is entered into by and between , the “Customer-Generator” ("CG") and “Golden State Water Company” (“GSWC”) and “Bear Valley Electric Service” (“BVES”) a Division of GSWC, sometimes referred to herein jointly as "Parties" or individually as "Party," consistent with, and in order to effectuate, the provisions of Sections 2827 and 2827.7 of the California Public Utilities Code and Tariff Schedule “Net Energy Metering-Small” (“NEM-L”). This Agreement applies to the CG’s “Solar, Wind or Hybrid of Both Generating Facility” (“Facility”) identified below with the specified characteristics, and does not allow interconnection or operation of facilities different than those described. Accordingly, the Parties agree as follows:
