• The Interconnection Application/Agreement is between Black Hills Colorado Electric, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy, hereinafter referred to as “Company” and the Customer – Generator herein described in the Application/Agreement. Black Hills Energy and the Customer – Generator are referenced in this Application/Agreement collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
