This Solar Photovoltaic Pilot Program and Interconnection Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of by and between , (“Participant”) pursuant to the completed Interconnection and Capacity Reservation Applications attached as Attachment A and Portland General Electric Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Oregon (“PGE”). The Participant and PGE each may be referred to as a “Party,” or collective as the “Parties.”
