I, the parent or legal guardian of the student listed above have requested an interdistrict transfer into the McCabe Union Elementary School District (MUESD). I have read and understand the MUESD policies linked below regarding interdistrict transfers and understand MUESD reserves the right to revoke the interdistrict transfer permit if the student fails to comply with MUESD’s standards, policies, and rules during his/her attendance in the District. The student’s right to attendance in the District shall be revoked upon the decision of the District Superintendent or designee, providing written notice to the parent/guardian at the address in which the student was registered. All interdistrict petitions shall be reviewed every five (5) years or for the length of time the student is enrolled in the District. Falsification of any information on the interdistrict petition is cause for immediate revocation of an interdistrict transfer approval and no further application will be considered.
