This form is used by parents/guardians requesting a permit allowing their children to attend school in another district (i.e. district requested) rather than the district in which they reside (i.e. district of residence). All interdistrict transfer requests are granted pursuant to Education Code Section 46600 and shall be renewed annually with current documentation establishing continued eligibility. An agreement based on child care in the district may only be granted for an elementary school pupil (TK-5 inclusive).
