This agreement will be utilized in the case where it serves a student in their best interest to attend the skills center at Northwest Career & Technical Academy. Prior to a student enrolling at the skills center, it will be determined that the placement is in the best interest of the student without fiscally impacting the Stanwood-Camano School District. I have been assured that whether or not any student attends the skills center, there will be neither a participation fee nor other fees assessed to our school district.
