This Agreement by and between Bremerton School District No. 100C (hereinafter referred to as “Host District”) and the other members districts (hereinafter referred to as “Participating Districts”) provides for the operation of the West Sound Technical Skills Center (hereinafter referred to as “Skills Center”) pursuant to Chapter 28A.245 RCW and Chapter 392-600 WAC as now or hereafter amended.
