This Intergovernmental Agreement entered into this /f'/'day of JIU/LI , 20)1, by and among the Ada County Highway District (ACHD), the City of Boise (Boise City), City of Garden City (Garden City), Boise State University (BSU), the Idaho Transportation Department, District #3 (ITO), and Ada County Drainage District #3 (DD3), collectively the "Permittees", is made for the purpose of complying with the Federal National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Municipal Stormwater Permit ("NPDES Permit").
