This Restated Intergovernmental Agreement for Joint Professional Firefighter Certification (“Agreement”), effective this day of , 2020 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between the City of Aurora, the City of Colorado Springs, the City and County of Denver, the Poudre Fire Authority, the South Metro Fire Rescue Fire Protection District, and the West Metro Fire Protection District (collectively the “Contracting Parties” and individually a “Contracting Party”).
