Note: The above Agreement was adopted on 1 May 2013 by resolution 69/7 during the sixty-ninth session of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific. The Agreement shall be open for signature to States that are members of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific in Bangkok, Thailand, on 7 and 8 November 2013, and thereafter at United Nations Headquarters in New York until 31 December 2014.
