THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of 2015, by and between THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, a Colorado municipal corporation (Louisville) and SUPERIOR METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1; (Superior) a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado. Louisville and Superior are hereafter referred to from time to time individually as the “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
