This Intergovernmental Agreement Regarding Automatic Aid For Emergency Services (“Agreement”), effective the _ day of (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between the Colorado River Fire Protection District (“CRFR”), the Glenwood Springs Rural Fire Protection District (“Glenwood Fire”), and the City of Glenwood Springs ("City"). CRFR, Glenwood Fire by and through the City, and the City are referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a "Party".
