THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between Topeka Public Schools, USD 501, 624 SW 24th St., Topeka, KS 66611, hereafter “TPS” or “Sending Agency”, and Washburn University of Topeka, 1700 SW College Ave., Topeka, KS 66621, hereafter “WU” or “Receiving Agency”, pursuant to K.S.A. 75-4401 et seq. permitting the exchange of employees among federal, state and local governmental entities.
