This Maintenance Agreement for the Synchronization of the Toffee Terrace/Virginia Avenue Intersection Traffic Light with the Norman Berry Drive/Virginia Avenue Intersection Traffic Light (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between THE CITY OF EAST POINT, GEORGIA, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Georgia, party of the first part (hereinafter called “East Point”), and THE CITY OF HAPEVILLE, GEORGIA, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Georgia, party of the second part (hereinafter called “Hapeville”), and its respective heirs, successors and assigns:
