THIS INTERIM DEPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, is made this day of , 2021 by and between the County of Culpeper, Virginia (hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY”), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and All Points Broadband Partners, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “APB”), a Virginia limited liability company (Va. SCC # 11018733). County and APB are each a “Party”, and collectively are known as the “Parties”.
