This Interim Investor Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of October 11, 2023 by and among Mr. Sizhen Wang (the “Founder”), Tianjin Kangyue Business Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Tianjin Kangyue”), CICC Healthcare Investment Fund, L.P. (“CICC Healthcare,” and together with Tianjin Kangyue, collectively, “CICC”), Surrich International Company Limited (“Wuxi Capital”), Wuxi Huihongyingkang Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Wuxi Huishan”), CCB (Beijing) Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd.
