This contract made and entered into this day of 2024, by and between the East Baton Parish School Board, a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana (hereinafter called the “Board”), and represented by its President, Carla Powell-Lewis, duly authorized to act herein by action of the Board found in the official minutes of the Board meetings of January 23, 2024 and Adam Smith (hereinafter “Interim Superintendent” or “Interim”), a major resident of the Parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
