THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective on the day of October 2019, by and between UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY, a public transit district, hereinafter referred to as “UTA”, and CENTRAL WASATCH COMMISSION, a Utah Interlocal Agency, hereinafter referred to as “CWC”. This agreement is created under the Utah Interlocal Cooperation Act (UCA 11-13-101 et. seq.) (the “Interlocal Act”).
