This Resolution is effective on the date of the adoption by the City of Sanford of an Interlocal Agreement entitled " An Interlocal Agreement To Merge The Water, Reclaimed Water, And Sewer Systems Of The Town Of Pittsboro And The City Of Sanford.” If there is a merger, then Sanford assumes Pittsboro rights and cost obligations. If there is no merger, then this is not approved.
