Should another member institution elect to award a contract or purchase order based on this solicitation and its award, it will be that member’s responsibility to issue their own contract or purchase order and negotiate specific clauses with the contractor or vendor to satisfy their own administrative or delivery requirements. The WIPHE Contract number will be referenced on all contract and order documents.
