This Interlocal Agreement for Electronic Parking Fee Collection (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2020, between the Central Florida Expressway Authority (hereinafter referred to as “CFX”), a body politic and corporate and an agency of the state of Florida, created by Part III of Chapter 348, Florida Statutes, whose principal address is 4974 ORL Tower, Orlando, Florida 32807 and CANAVERAL PORT AUTHORITY, an independent special taxing district and political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose principal address is 445 Challenger Road, Suite 301, Cape Canaveral, Florida 32920 (hereinafter referred to as “Port Canaveral”) and who collectively will be referred to as “the Parties.”
