COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES, dated the day of , 20 (“Agreement”), is between the Town of Cary (“Cary”), the Town of Apex (“Apex”) and the Town of Morrisville (“Morrisville”), each being municipal corporations organized and existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina. Cary, Apex, and Morrisville are sometimes referred to jointly as “Parties.”
