This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Dallas County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas on behalf of the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department, (collectively, “COUNTY”), and the Dallas Independent School District (“DALLAS ISD”), acting by and through their duly authorized agents. Collectively, the COUNTY and DALLAS ISD may be referred to as the “Parties” or individually as the “Party”.
