OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE (hereinafter, this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 29, 2019, by and between the City of Kennedale, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas (hereinafter “Municipality”), and the City of Arlington, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas (hereinafter “Operator”). Municipality and Operator are collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
