This Interlocal Boundary and ETJ Agreement (hereinafter “Boundary Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Van Alstyne, a general law municipality located in Grayson County and Collin County, Texas (“Van Alstyne”), and the City of Weston, Texas (“Weston”), a general law municipality, located in Collin, County, Texas (each individually referred to as a “City” and collectively referred to as the “Cities”).
