, 2023 with an effective date of January 1, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and among SUMMIT COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (hereinafter, “County”), the SOUTH SUMMIT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT, a fire protection district of the State of Utah (hereinafter, “District”), KAMAS CITY, a municipality of the State of Utah (hereinafter, “Kamas City”), OAKLEY CITY, a municipality of the State of Utah (hereinafter, “Oakley City”) and FRANCIS CITY, a municipality of the State of Utah (hereinafter, “Francis City”). Each is individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
