This INTERLOCAL LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the NORTH TEXAS TOLLWAY AUTHORITY, a regional tollway authority and a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“NTTA”), and the CITY OF THE COLONY, TEXAS, a home-rule municipality (“The Colony”), on the terms and conditions set forth herein to be effective as of the Effective Date (as defined on the signature page of this Agreement). NTTA and The Colony are sometimes referred to collectively as the “parties” or individually as a “party.”
