This Agreement, made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas, a body corporate and politic acting herein by and through its Commissioners Court (“County”), and County Assistance Districts No. 1, 7, 9, 10 and 11 (hereinafter individually referred to as “DISTRICT,” and collectively referred to as “DISTRICTS”).
