This AGREEMENT (hereafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this the day of , 2013, by and between the Arlington Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as “CHAMBER”), and the City of Arlington, Texas a municipal corporation, acting herein by and through its City Manager or his designee (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”).
