This Agreement confirms a legally binding oral contract with the Customer shown on the reverse side governing all shipments of the Customer, which term shall include the exporter, importer, sender, receiver, owner, consignor, consignee, transferor, or transferee of the shipments, and or the party at whose direction or on whose account the shipments are made, that will be handled by Interlog USA, Inc.
