Under this IBM Software Advantage for Workstations - International Discount Agreement (called the “Agreement”), IBM provides discounts for Eligible Programs and Upgrade Protection based on your initial and subsequent acquisitions of those products. This Agreement is effective on the date it is agreed-to by IBM (″ Effective Date″).
