IMPORTANT -- READ CAREFULLY: This Agreement ("Agreement”) is a legal agreement between your organization or entity (hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”) and the State of Oregon, acting by and through the State Board of Higher Education on behalf of the University of Oregon, an institution of higher education located in Eugene, Oregon (“Oregon”) for use of the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support Evaluation System (“PBISEval” or PBIS Evaluation).
