This Amendment Two to the Internet Applications Platform Agreement (“Amendment Two”), is effective as of June 7, 2014, and is by and between VIZIO, Inc. a California corporation (“VIZIO”) with its principal place of business at 39 Tesla, Irvine, California 92618, and Crackle, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Vendor”) with its principal place of business at 10202 W. Washington Blvd, Culver City CA 90232. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
